My focus is on helping designers grow their craft, build confidence, shape their careers and grow into thoughtful, effective leaders.

During lockdown I founded Design Leaders Studio. It was an online course for ICs who want to become managers.

It started as a project to help fellow designers learn from my experience and it grew into a global learning tool used by folks from Bumble, Monzo and Meta.

Today I deliver an updated version of my course as an in-person workshop. Delivered at your office or event, sessions combine presentations, pair working, group discussions and individual exercises.
