Training
I have developed a half day workshop for ICs who want to take their first steps into leading design teams.
This workshop aims to teach folks, with a UX background, how to transition from an IC to a leadership role, utilise their design skills.
Through a combination of presentations, pair working, group discussions and individual exercises, participants work through a design approach to building their leadership skills.
